With extensive experience in global talent management, executive search and career consulting, Celia combines decades of meaningful work across multiple industries, leveraging knowledge of building and scaling companies, with a warmth and respect for making great matches and the hiring experience.
Ever-aware of an organization’s ecosystem and culture, Celia’s customer focus and commitment to being a strategic talent acquisition partner and coach to her clients adds incredible value and delivers impactful results.
Creative, dedicated, and intuitive, Celia brings energy and passion to all her projects.
Prior to Stern Resources, Celia built a career in human resources, talent acquisition and career development. She managed staffing for a leading global banking and financial services corporation, and held lead recruitment roles in other industries including technology, consumer and healthcare environments. Her consultancy background includes career transition services for a major outplacement firm and for nonprofit organizations. A Masters of Arts in Human Resources Management complements Celia’s practical experience.
Throughout her experience, Celia has been involved with various professional and community groups. She is passionate about advocating for diversity and community engagement, children and family causes, as well as supporting the arts and culture.
